HOWARD – Regional residents are reminded that the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) will hold a public plans display soon for its upcoming Bellefonte Interchange projects.
PennDOT representatives and design consultant staff will be available to review the overall projects and answer questions. Community residents are encouraged to attend the display on Aug. 1.
The local interchange project would take place first and is currently scheduled to begin in summer of 2020. The other two projects may follow in 2022.
Outlined below are details of the plans display.
Projects include the I-80/A18 Local Interchange, I-80/B18 High-speed Interchange and SR 26 Jacksonville Road Restoration and Resurfacing.
The display location is the Marion Township Building, 4337 Jacksonville Rd., Howard, PA 16841. It will be open from 2 p.m. – 7 p.m. Aug. 1.
