State police at Punxsutawney
- State police received a report about an attempted camp burglary that occurred between Oct. 3 and March 3 on the Colonel Drake Highway in Rose Township. The investigation is continuing at this time.
Clearfield Borough
- Police reported that a wallet was turned in after it was located along East Market Street. Police were able to contact the owner of the wallet.
- Police assisted a person with being fingerprinted for employment.
- Police responded to a reported animal complaint along NS Fourth Avenue.
- Police assisted a motorist who had locked their keys inside their vehicle along Front Street.
- Police responded to a minor crash along Nichols Street. According to police, a vehicle was stopped for a passing train, when it was rear-ended by another vehicle. No injuries were reported as a result, and the vehicles were driven from the scene.
- Police received a report about a vehicle weaving in and out of traffic along Second Street. However, police were unable to locate the vehicle.
- Police assisted a Pennsylvania State Constable with serving several warrants on a person along Spruce Street.
- Police responded to Williams Street after a resident arrived home and discovered an open door. Police cleared the residence, and there wasn’t anything found missing.
- Police located a juvenile, along North Second Street, who left his home after an argument. Police subsequently returned the child to his home.
- Police assisted a motorist who lost their brakes and slid into a ditch along East Market Street.
- Police responded to a mental health situation on North Second Street. As a result, a female was transported for an evaluation.
- Police received a report about a couple involved in a disturbance on Clearfield Street. Upon arrival, police found that a verbal argument had occurred over the custody of a child.
- Police received a report about an unwanted male on North Fourth Street. Upon arrival, police found a mother and son engaged in a verbal altercation. Police say the adult son agreed to leave and to return to his own residence.
- Police received a report about suspicious activity on North Third Street.
- Police responded to a reported psychological emergency on North Fourth Street. Emergency personnel transported a male for an evaluation
- Police responded to a complaint over property lines, which were reportedly moved, along Daisy Street.
- Police responded to the 800 block of Daisy Street where a male reportedly walked into a residence. According to police, the caller did not know the male, and then he fled. Police searched the area with negative results.
- Police conducted a traffic stop along Williams Street. According to police, a male was found in possession of drug paraphernalia and to be operating the vehicle under the influence. Â He was subsequently taken to the jail on a probation violation.
Sandy Township
- Police reported a false alarm at the JCPenney store on Friday.
- On Sunday police were contacted by a Red Sail Road resident who reported that while he was out of town, the back window of his Trailblazer was blown out. He said its doors were still locked, and it didn’t appear that anything was missing from inside. Police handled the situation without incident.
- Police investigated a report about possible drug activity Sunday in the parking lot of the Falls Creek Sheetz.
- On Sunday police were contacted by the employees at the Fine Wine and Good Spirit store who reported a woman was being aggressive outside and attempting to solicit money from customers. However, the woman was gone from the area upon police arrival.
- Police reported a false alarm Sunday at Sally’s Beauty Supply.
- Police reported a false alarm Sunday at Keep It Rolling Tobacco.
