BROCKWAY – A Brockway resident is facing charges of identity theft after stealing fifteen checks and six credit cards from another Brockway resident.
According to the DuBois State Police report, the suspect allegedly began this crime spree in February and continued through March 26. The suspect made purchases around Pennsylvania.
As it currently stands, the suspect is facing 48 counts of forgery, 48 counts of identity theft, 22 counts of theft, 22 counts of receiving stolen property and 111 counts of access device fraud.
A preliminary hearing yet to be scheduled.
