GULICH TOWNSHIP – A 22-year-old Irvona man, Seth B. Gallaher, was killed in a single-vehicle crash Tuesday night in Gulich Township.
According to Clearfield-based state police, it occurred at 9:51 p.m. on Union Street, where Gallaher’s vehicle had exited the roadway and overturned numerous times.
State police say Gallaher was ejected from his vehicle and died from injuries at the scene. He was not wearing a seatbelt and reportedly traveling at a high rate of speed before the crash.
