Police reported an incident of underage consumption at 2:57 a.m. Saturday on Phoenix Road in Rush Township, Centre County. A 19-year-old Osceola Mills man was located at the scene of a reported disturbance. It was discovered that he had consumed alcoholic beverages. A non-traffic citation for underage consumption will be filed before Magisterial District Judge Allen W. Sinclair.
Police reported an incident of criminal mischief that occurred sometime Friday or Saturday at a Warwick Street residence in Philipsburg Borough, Centre County. A 66-year-old Philipsburg woman reported that a person(s) had removed a flowering shrub from her yard, and it had been thrown onto the street. Police reported an incident of public drunkenness at 12:05 a.m. Saturday on North Front Street in Philipsburg Borough, Centre County. A 69-year-old Philipsburg man was allegedly discovering lying on the sidewalk of North Front Street. He was also determined to be under the influence of alcohol. A summary charge of public drunkenness was filed against him before Magisterial District Judge Allen W. Sinclair in Philipsburg.
Police reported an incident of access device fraud on Thursday at a Hemlock Street address in Rush Township, Centre County. A person(s) allegedly obtained a 37-year-old Philipsburg woman’s debit card and other personal information. The person(s) then allegedly purchased videos off of the NetFlix Web site with the same.
