State police at Clearfield
- State police received a report about an incident of theft that occurred sometime Sept. 18-19 on Brickyard Road in Bradford Township. During the incident, someone allegedly entered the victims’ vehicles and removed a purse containing credit cards, two wallets and social security cards. - State police received a report about an incident of theft that occurred sometime Sept. 18-19 on Jury Street in Bradford Township. During the incident, someone allegedly entered the victim’s vehicle and removed a Camo Savage Arms .17-caliber, bolt-action rifle, a Halo range finder and binoculars. - State police received a report about an incident of criminal mischief that occurred Monday on Brisbin Street in Houtzdale Borough. During the incident, someone entered the victim’s property and allegedly poured gasoline on his dogs. They also damaged a bicycle, state police say. State police at DuBois
- State police received a report about an incident of theft from a motor vehicle that occurred Sept. 26 on Reynoldsville – Falls Creek Road in Winslow Township. During the incident, someone allegedly removed a raspberry/black-colored Ruger 9mm handgun from the victim’s unlocked vehicle while it was parked outside their residence. Lawrence Township
- Police reported on a drug-related incident and warrant service that occurred Wednesday in the Sheetz parking lot. According to police, a vehicle driven by Shane Irwin, 24, of Clearfield was stopped for an expired registration and because he was wanted. He was subsequently taken into custody on a warrant through the Clearfield County Sheriff’s Department. During a search, police found that he was in possession of suspected methamphetamine and other drug paraphernalia. Irwin was housed in county jail and charges are currently pending.
- Police received a report about an incident of theft that occurred Sept. 28 at the Super 8 Hotel. During the incident, a known 21-year-old Kylertown man allegedly took approximately $100 in cash, plus shoes from the victim. Police are continuing their investigation at this time.
- Police received a report about an incident of harassment that occurred Wednesday at Sheetz. During the incident, a male confronted two people and allegedly threatened to assault them over a previous incident. Then, the male left the scene. When contact was later made, it was found his driver’s license is suspended due to a previous DUI. Police have cited the male for the incident.
