CLEARFIELD – With the Clearfield County Fair parade around the bend the Clearfield Borough Police Department would like parade-watchers to be aware of a few rules.
First, chairs cannot be placed in areas which will prohibit people from exiting their vehicles in a safe manner. Second, any chairs placed between parking meters cannot be connected by any means which would restrict pedestrian traffic. Third, the placement of chairs on private property is also prohibited unless permission is granted by the property owner. Fourth, chairs cannot be placed on roadways, sidewalks, driveways or any other area which is used for pedestrian or vehicular traffic.
