RUSH TOWNSHIP – State police in Philipsburg are investigating a burglary and attempted burglary at Black Moshannon State Park.
According to police on Thursday between 1 a.m. and 8 a.m. someone forced their way into the concession stand located at the park. The person stole about $850 in cash, then attempted to enter the boat conession stand but was unsuccessful.
