FOX TOWNSHIP – A 40-year-old Kersey man will face aggravated assault and other criminal charges following an early morning incident Saturday at a Mackie Drive address in Fox Township, the Ridgway State Police reported.
According to the incident report, Peter G. Mackie Jr., 40, of Kersey allegedly pointed a handgun at the head of a known 48-year-old St. Marys man. Mackie was arraigned and released on $25,000 bond. No further information was provided in the police report.
