President Donald Trump will sign the $1.3 trillion spending bill he previously threatened to veto, two sources tell CNN.
Trump plans to speak at the White House at 1 p.m. ET. The White House website describes the event as a “bill signing.”
Earlier Friday, the President threatened to veto the legislation over concerns it does not include a solution for recipients of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program or sufficient funding for a border wall.
