Anna Mae Kosky, 87, of Sandy Ridge died Friday, March 16, 2018 at the Mount Nittany Medical Center in State College.
Born Feb. 1, 1931 in Philipsburg, she was the daughter of the late John and Jennie (Swisher) Domblisky.
She married Joseph Kosky Oct. 14, 1950 in Philipsburg. He preceded her in death July 14, 1978.
She was a member of the St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Sandy Ridge.
She was a homemaker and a housekeeper for the Philipsburg State Police barracks.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Rose Marie Schmidt; three granddaughters, Tina Dillon, Vickie Dillon and Robin Johnson; three sisters, Mary, Florence and Margaret; and three brothers, John, George and Robert.
She is survived by two daughters, Joanne R. Kosky of Philipsburg and Cathryn A. Kosky of Sandy Ridge; one sister, Dorothy Cantalina of Philipsburg; and two brothers, Norman Domblisky and William Domblisky, both of Philipsburg.
She is also survived by seven grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 21 at the Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Osceola Mills, with Pastor Janet Kephart officiating. Burial will be at the Umbria Cemetery in Osceola Mills.
Friends will be received from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Tuesday and from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
