Beverly Marilyn Knepp, 82, a resident of Ridgeview Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center and formerly of Olanta, died Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at Penn Highlands Clearfield Hospital.
Born April 14, 1935 in Saxton, she was the daughter of Paul Jennings and Eloise Margaretta (Bollinger) Dickinson.
Mrs. Knepp was a homemaker and also worked at the former Royal Nine Motel in Clearfield as a housekeeper.
On Aug. 30, 1952, she wed Robert Russell Knepp Sr., who preceded her in death Oct. 26, 1978.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; a grandson, Isaac Baer; a great-grandson, Jeremy Davis; a sister, Faye Dickinson; and two half–brothers, Frank and James Dickinson.
Surviving are six children, Robert Russell Knepp Jr. of Olanta, Kay Rosalee Kline and her husband, Kevin of Elysburg, Linda Marshall and her husband, Michael of Coral, Marilyn Biren and her husband, Marc of Mesa, Ariz., Helen Elizabeth Knepp of Rancho Cordova, Calif., and Mary Beth Barr of Clearfield.
Also surviving are seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, a great-great-granddaughter and a sister, Kova Shimmel and her husband, Larry of Olanta.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home Inc. of Curwensville, with the Rev. Kevin Kline officiating. Burial will be in the Williams Cemetery in New Millport.
Friends will be received from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. Friday and again from 12:30 p.m. – 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
