Lori Hewitt, 49, of Brisbin died Monday, Oct. 16, 2017 at Penn Highlands Clearfield.
Born Oct. 22, 1967 in Philipsburg, she was the daughter of David and Kay (Lobb) Churner of Brisbin.
She was a 1985 graduate of the Moshannon Valley High School. She owned and operated Churner Beverage in Houtzdale.
She enjoyed target shooting and spending time with her dogs, Archie, Beanie and Jasmin and her cat, Tweek.
Along with her parents, she is survived by her husband, John Patterson of Brisbin and daughters, Nichole (Dan) Coccia of Fallentimber and Samantha Hewitt and her fiancé, Jeffrey Warner of Beccaria.
Also surviving are two sisters, Tonia (Rich) Saupp-Burley of Lancaster and Heather (Tom) Domanick of Ramey and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother, John Dimmick; maternal grandparents, Harold and Louis Lobb; and paternal grandparents, Samuel and Mary Churner.
A memorial visitation will be held from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. Thursday at the Birger A. Freeberg Funeral Home Inc., Houtzdale.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in her name to the Central PA Humane Society, 1837 E. Pleasant Valley Blvd., Altoona, PA 16602.
