JONES TOWNSHIP – A single-vehicle crash took the life of a 21-year-old Wilcox man, Marshall A. Northrop, on Saturday morning in Jones Township.
According to state police at Ridgway, Northrop’s vehicle left the roadway on Rasselas Road, struck a pole and came to a rest in a swampy area.
Northrop was pronounced dead at the scene by Assistant Elk County Coroner Frank Ferragine.
