Police are investigating an incident of criminal mischief that occured on Martin Street. Randy Litz, 44, told police that while he was watching television a man threw a cinder block onto the hood of his 1995 Jeep causing damage to the hood and windshield. Litz and his son saw the man running away from the scene.Â
