Police Report: PSP-DuBois

Police are investigating an incident of theft that occured sometime between June 5 and June 7. An unknown suspect broke into the soda machine at Brockway Landscape and Supply and removed an estimated $100.00 in single dollar bills and coins from the machine. The suspect then fled the scene. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police in DuBois.
State police in Dubois report an incident of domestic simple assualt that occured Wednesday at 11:50 a.m in Warsaw Township. According to police, Joshua Smith and the alleged victim got into an altercation. During the incident the alleged victim received several minor injuries. Smith was placed under arrest pursuant to the Domestic Violence Act. Smith was arrainged at magistrate Beck’s office and was released on $25,000 bail awaiting the preliminary hearing.
