CURWENSVILLE – Holly F. Komonczi announces her democratic candidacy for Mayor of Curwensville Borough. Komonczi is currently employed as the marketing director by the Clearfield County Recreation and Tourism Authority and a current Curwensville Borough Councilwoman. Komonczi promises to work hard to restore the good reputation of our neighborhood.
Komonczi states, “I am going to roll up my sleeves and help our businesses build a bridge with the community and local government.”
Another goal of Komonczi’s is to assure fiscal responsibility in this weak economy seeking grants and creating jobs. Holly will strive to build the downtown and bring Curwensville to where it once was.
“I know there are many hardworking people in this town and I want to help them succeed.”
Komonczi has worked closely with local communities on projects to promote growth and feels her enthusiasm and dedication will help the borough move in a direction of prosperity.
