CLEARFIELD – Sports Sunday will re-play the interview with John Wooden that was first aired on May 28, 2006 on the popular sports talk show. Wooden, who passed away on Friday, led the UCLA Bruins men’s basketball team to greatness in the 1960’s, winning seven straight NCAA titles and 10 overall. The “Wizard of Westwood” was 99.
Also, Pio DiSalvo, former Detroit Tigers trainer, will be a guest Sunday as he talks about his years with the Tigers and manager Sparky Anderson.
