Police Report: Philipsburg PSP

Police reported an incident of harassment at 8:45 p.m. Monday in Port Matilda Borough, Centre County. A 24-year-old Port Matilda woman reportedly spit on another 24-year-old woman, also of Port Matilda during a disturbance. The accused then threw a rock toward a 54-year-old Port Matilda woman. Summary harassment charges were filed against the accused through district court.
