State police at Clearfield
- State police responded to a single-vehicle crash Tuesday on Interstate 80 near mile-marker 134 eastbound in Cooper Township. Nathaniel Wilson of Columbia, SC reportedly observed a deer standing along the roadway, which caused him to change lanes. When his freightliner left the roadway, its tires hit loose dirt; he subsequently lost control of his freightliner, which overturned blocking the left lane. Wilson was wearing his seatbelt at the time and taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries. He was cited for the crash through the district court, state police said. State police were assisted at the scene by the Winburne, Grassflat, and Morris/Cooper fire companies, Fire Police and towing services; PennDOT assisted with the road closure.
- State police reported an accidental shooting Monday on Workers Road in Penn Township. During the incident, a Grampian man was attempting to clean his .45 pistol in his kitchen. However, he failed to clear it prior to cleaning and there was an accidental discharge. According to state police, a round went through his left hand, through a wall, and glass window and screen; it became dislodged between a screen and storm window on an outside porch. He was taken to UPMC Altoona by private vehicle and was later treated and released, state police said.

- State parole was assisted with a warrant service in the area of Route 879. Further, a male was found to allegedly be in possession of drugs and paraphernalia. He was subsequently housed at the Clearfield County Jail.
- Police received a report about an alleged incident of identity theft in the area of Village Road.
- Police responded to an alarm at a bank along Route 879.
- Police responded to an alleged incident of trespass in the Country Club area. Police will charge a Philipsburg man for the incident.
- Police received a call about a possible theft. However, police found it was civil in nature.
