Gregg Mick, 56, of Houtzdale died Sunday, Sept. 4, 2016 at Penn Highlands Clearfield.
Born Feb. 27, 1960 in Philipsburg, he was the son of Maximilien J. Mick and the late Doris (Labant) Mick.
He was a graduate of Moshannon Valley High School. He also served a four-year apprenticeship as a mason; he worked as a mason in the building construction industry.
Mr. Mick was a member of the Madera Moose Lodge No. 1172. He enjoyed fishing and riding his motor cycles.
He is survived by his father, Max Mick, and his step-mother, Myrna Mick of Madera; a sister, Shelly Mick and her companion, Leslie Fries of Pasadena, Md.; and four step-siblings, Brenda Yingling of Irvona, Michael Brink and John Rehar, both of Johnstown, and Melinda Rutzbeck of Felton.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Doris Mick.
Friends will be received from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. Saturday until the time of service at the Birger A. Freeberg Funeral Home Inc., Houtzdale.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the  Rev. Lee Cowfer officiating.
Burial will follow in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Brisbin.
