Police assisted the Clearfield Fire Department with fuel leaking into the Susquehanna River. Police and fire personnel were able to locate the source and contain the fuel. DEP was notified and will continue to investigate the incident. Also assisted at the scene were Clearfield County Emergency Management Agency and Clearfield Borough EMA. The police and fire departments would like to thank the public in cooperating while attempting to locate the source of the fuel.
