Williams starts strong, helps Spikes to win

Ronnie Williams delivered six strong innings on the mound, and the State College Spikes became the first team in the New York-Penn League to 20 wins this season with a 7-4 victory over the Lowell Spinners on Sunday night at Edward A. LeLacheur Park.
