Ritz Theater, downtown Clearfield

The theater’s lobby opens at 6:30 p.m. You can grab some popcorn, even if you cannot attend the movie showings. For movies and show times, please call 814-765-5835. Prices are $6 for adults and $4 for children (12 years and under) and senior citizens (60 years and older).
Super 322 Drive-In
July 15-17
The box office at the Super 322 Drive-In will open at 7 p.m. with the show beginning at 9 p.m. The box office accepts cash only. This week’s double feature will be The Secret Life of Pets (PG) and Ghostbusters (PG13).

Curwensville Days
Irvin Park
Curwensville Days will be held July 10-16 at Irvin Park in Curwensville. It will feature live entertainment, an array of contests, food vendors, carnival games and more. The annual fireman’s parade will be held Saturday.
An “Alice in Wonderland” Tea Time
The Strawberry Tree, Curwensville
An “Alice in Wonderland” Tea Time will be held July 12-17 at the Strawberry Tree, Curwensville. Everyone is invited (it’s not just for children). Reservations are encouraged but walk-ins are welcome. Please call 814-236-8328 for more information.
Corner Concert
Downtown Clearfield
Heavenbound and New Covenant are the featured performers at the next Corner Concert on July 15.
Concerts happen every Friday night in Shaw Park at the corner of East Market and Front streets in downtown Clearfield.
Donations are accepted for the Susquehanna River Arts Center to help with its goal of establishing a visual arts education and exhibit center in Clearfield.
The Corner Concert Series appreciates all who attend and give toward the arts and music in the area.
Attendees are encouraged to bring a lawn chair. Music starts will start at 7 p.m.
100-Mile Yard Sale
The 100-Mile Yard sale will be held Friday and Saturday along Route 879 from Shawville through Lecontes Mills, Frenchville, Keewaydin, Pine Glen, Karthaus, Sinnemahoning, Driftwood, Benezette and Medix Run as well as everywhere along the way.

Holmes! the Musical, written by State College playwright Jerry Sawyer, is an original musical about Sherlock Holmes with music by Jerry Sawyer, arrangements by Matthew Doebler and Steve Dixon, and vocal arrangements by Mary Beth Geppert.
Performances will be July 15-16 and 21-23 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, July 17 at 2 p.m. Sunday’s matinee will feature sign language interpretation.

Please bring your own chair and some bleacher seating is available for approximately 100 people. In case of inclement weather, concerts will try to be rescheduled.
