Margaret A. “Peggy” Mileski, 70, of Chestnut Grove, died Thursday, May 12, 2016 at her home.
Mrs. Mileski was born Dec. 10, 1945 in DuBois, the daughter of Armand Dowling Ellinger and Margaret Pearl (Bosh) Ellinger.
She surrendered to Jesus Christ in 1964. She was a homemaker and had been a bookkeeper for the family business.
Mrs. Mileski is survived by her husband, Henry E. Mileski, to whom she was married Dec. 27, 1968.
They are blessed with three sons, Henry Mileski II of DuBois, Matthew Mileski of Grampian and Paul Mileski and his wife, Megan of Reynoldsville.
She is also survived by five grandchildren, Ann, Elizabeth, Phineas, Paul and Jane Mileski; two sisters and two brothers, Jean Martin and her husband, Max and Robert Ellinger and his wife, Debbie, all of DuBois, Armand Ellinger of Reynoldsville and Barbara Shaganaw and her husband, James of Luthersburg; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents. She loved her family and was a great guardian of many pets and animals.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, at the Mohney-Yargar Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Charles Lee officiating. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery.
Friends will be received from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. Saturday and from 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
