DUBOIS – PASSAGES Inc. plans to “Shine Light on Sexual Violence” during a candlelight vigil.
It will be held at 7:30 p.m. April 27 at the Edward V. Cherry Amphitheater at the DuBois City Park.
The vigil is being held to honor those who have been victimized and to learn how to prevent violence.
