State police at Philipsburg
- State police received a report about an incident of harassment that occurred Wednesday at the Philipsburg-Osceola High School. Both parties alleged to state police that they had punched each other during an altercation. Both were charged for the incident through the district court, state police said.
Clearfield Borough
- Police investigated an alleged Protection from Abuse violation that occurred along Chester Street. Upon investigation police determined there wasn’t enough evidence to pursue charges.
- Police arrested a male on a bench warrant through the Clearfield County Sheriff’s Office after he was seen walking along Reed Street. The male was wanted for failure to appear at sentencing court. He was transported to the county jail where the Sheriff’s Office served the warrant.
- Police assisted the Clearfield Fire Department along East Market Street with a report of smoke inside a residence. The incident was handled by the Clearfield Fire Department, police said.
- Police arrested a female for suspicion of DUI after she was stopped along East Cherry Street for an equipment violation.
Lawrence Township
- Police received a report about an alleged incident of harassment at a local school. It remains under investigation at this time, police said.
- Police received a report about lost or stolen medication. It remains under investigation at this time, police said.
- Police received reports about two, different alleged incidents of theft at a local business. It remains under investigation at this time, police said.
- Police received a report about an alleged incident of harassment that occurred in the area of Edgewood.
- Police received a report about an alleged incident of harassment that occurred in the area of Washington Avenue. Charges have been filed as a result, police said.
- Police received a report about suspicious people at a business on Route 879. Upon arrival police found that they were employees.
