Peter G. Blake Jr., 60, of Woodland died Saturday, Feb. 20, 2016 at his residence.
He was born Aug. 1, 1955 in Clearfield, a son of the late Peter G. Blake Sr. and Betty (Bell) Blake.
He was employed as a government contractor and most recently with L3 Communications based in Savannah, Ga.
In his leisure time, he enjoyed dirt track racing.
He was associated with the Lake Street United Methodist Church, Woodland.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn (Irwin) Blake of Woodland; two step-sons, Joseph Irwin and his wife, Deborah of Old Saybrook, Conn., and Jeffrey Irwin and his wife, Jen of Chester, Conn.; and a sister, Mona Plubell of Manheim.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Kent Blake.
There will be no public visitation or funeral services.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Kevin A. Beardsley Funeral Home, 113 N. Third St., Clearfield.
