Love appears to have lifted Rob Kardashian up where his family belongs: in the spotlight.
The only Kardashian son has shunned attention for over a year, dropping out of his family’s reality show and being seen only in paparazzi shots that purported to show a hefty weight gain.
But as he’s now dating model (and reported family foe) Blac Chyna, Kardashian appears to be emerging from the shadows, most recently in Snapchat photos with his new girlfriend.
In the Snaps, Blac Chyna grabs Kardashian’s face and plants a kiss on his cheek as he grins.
Kardashian has been at the center of a great deal of speculation after he stopped appearing in his family’s reality TV franchise and dropped out of the public eye.
In December, he was reportedly hospitalized with diabetes, and he has since documented his attempts to lose weight, and his blossoming union with Chyna, on his social media accounts.
The couple’s relationship has been complicated, given his family ties.
Chyna is the former fiancee of rapper Tyga, who is currently linked to Kardashian’s sister Kylie Jenner. Chyna and Tyga have a son together.
There was also drama because Chyna is BFFs with Amber Rose, the ex-girlfriend of Kanye West. West is married to Rob’s sister Kim, and Rose and another Kardashian sister, Khloe, had a bitter Twitter spat last year.
Because of that, there have been reports of a strained relationship with his sisters since Kardashian took up with Blac Chyna.
On Thursday, Khloe Kardashian shared a throwback image of her and Rob on Instagram with the caption “It’s simple….. I miss you.”
