The Clearfield County SPCA would like to express our gratitude to the Clearfield Borough police for their prompt response to an alleged animal abuse case. They handled their job in an extremely professional manner.
We would also like to thank the Animal Welfare Council (AWC) and Dr. John Thomas for the help they provided in this case.
Our community is so lucky to have these resources.
We are confident that between our District Attorney William A. Shaw Jr. and our capable Clearfield Borough officers, justice will be served.  They have given this poor puppy a voice and our whole community should be grateful.
