Police are investigating a hit and run that occurred on state Route 53 in Decatur Township. Alan T. Harris, of Osceola Mills, was walking across state Route 53 when someone who was driving a Chevy truck hit him in the right shoulder with the passenger side mirror. The driver pulled onto the berm and then threatened Harris with bodily harm. He also threatened to shoot Harris if he didn’t stop walking in the roadway.
Police are investigating a burglary that occurred at Camber’s Cozy Corner in the Borough of Osceola Mills. Someone used a bar and forced their way into the building. They went through the drawers but didn’t steal anything. They left the scene undetected.
