With an estimated 1,200+ Tcf of natural gas, the prolific Marcellus and Utica shales are clearly in the global spotlight. The world’s economic players are redrawing the map with each discovery and despite the current headwinds facing producers, output is phenomenal. According to the EIA, Aug. 2015 Marcellus and Utica dry gas production was 18.5 Bcf/d.
