DUBOIS – The Western Pennsylvania Police Athletic League is partnering up with a new non-profit organization, Carrie Cares, which goal and mission is suicide awareness and prevention.
The event is a Teen Valentine’s Dance scheduled to take place Feb. 12 at Galaxy Hall above the WPAL Boxing & Fitness Center.
This event will be open to any child in sixth through 12th grade. There will be complimentary refreshments available.
The cost is $5 per child.
Donations of any amount are accepted. Checks can be mailed to 37 E. Long Ave, DuBois. Â Please make checks payable to WPAL DuBois. Â Credit card payments are also accepted.
