Margaret L. Tokarchek, 87, of East Greenville died Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2015 at LifeQuest Nursing Center in Quakertown.
Born Feb. 28, 1928 in Ramey, she was the daughter of Harry and Annie (Temo) Berhosky. She was a homemaker.
She was a parishioner of the Presentation of Our Lord Ukrainian Catholic Church in Lansdale.
She married William Tokarchek, who preceded her in death.
She is survived by a daughter, Kathleen Wampole and her husband, Alfred of Pennsburg; a son, William Tokarchek and his wife, Deborah of East Greenville; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren with one on the way.
Also surviving are three sisters, Mary Gallagher of Pittsburgh, Martha Gordon of Philadelphia and Catherine Reilley and her husband, Tom of Douglassville; a sister-in-law, Donna Berhosky of State College; and a cousin, Jimmy Berhosky of Florida.
She was preceded in by her parents and husband and two brothers, John and Mike Berhosky.
A Panikhida Service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Birger A. Freeberg Funeral Home Inc. in Houtzdale with Father Anthony Balistreri officiating.
Family and friends will be received from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Ukrainian Catholic Church Cemetery, Ramey.
