WEST DECATUR – The Central Intermediate Unit No. 10 is proud to announce its E.D.U.C.A.T.E. Fund (Employee Donations Utilized for Continuous Academic Training & Education).
This program has been created and funded by CIU No. 10 employees. Participating employees donate to the E.D.U.C.A.T.E. Fund through monthly payroll deductions.
The goal of the E.D.U.C.A.T.E. program is to provide a monetary award directly to schools in Centre, Clearfield, and Clinton counties. The allocation is to be used for student projects or programs that require funds to meet the project goal(s).
The E.D.U.C.A.T.E. Funds will be awarded bi-annually with a maximum award up to $1,000. This could be one project of up to $1,000 or several classroom projects from multiple schools totaling $1,000.
E.D.U.C.A.T.E. Funds are to be used exclusively for project supplies, equipment, technology, and or software that cannot be purchased with district funds.
Applications are accepted and reviewed bi-annually. Interested applicants should complete the CIU No. 10 E.D.U.C.A.T.E. Fund Application online at http://bit.ly/ciuEDUCATEfundapp. Applications can only be submitted by administrators or teachers of CIU No. 10 member schools.
