State police at Philipsburg
- State police received a report about an alleged burglary that occurred sometime between Friday and Sunday at the Philipsburg-Osceola High School. During the incident, someone allegedly forced entry into a storage shed near the athletic fields. Several items were allegedly taken, and the incident remains under investigation at this time. - State police received a report about an alleged incident of theft by unlawful taking that occurred sometime between Saturday and Monday on Kathy Street in Rush Township. During the incident, someone allegedly took the victim’s bicycle from her residence.
Lawrence Township
- Police assisted emergency personnel in the area of Poplar Avenue.
- Clearfield County Children & Youth Services personnel were assisted with an incident along Turnpike Avenue Extension.
- Police received a report about an alleged incident of harassment that occurred at the Clearfield Area Junior-Senior High School.
- Police received a report about an alleged theft at a local business on Leonard Street.
- Police received a report about an alleged incident of harassment that occurred at a local business on Route 879 westbound.
- Police received a report about an alleged incident of terroristic threats at a business in Hyde.
DuBois City
- Police were dispatched to the area of West Long Avenue for a noise complaint on Monday. The caller advised police that a vehicle was outside the building, and there was loud music. However, the vehicle was gone upon police arrival.
- Police were dispatched to North Church Street for an alleged disorderly male Monday. The caller was upset with his roommate who was allegedly throwing items around the house. The roommates were advised to stay away from each other for the remainder of the night, police said.
- On Monday police allegedly observed a male who was walking along West Long Avenue and who was allegedly staggering and fell off the sidewalk. The male, according to police, was stopped and identified as Kim Mann. Mann was allegedly found to be under the influence of alcohol. Mann was issued a citation for public drunkenness and released to a neighbor in his apartment building.
- On Monday police were dispatched to the 700 block of Green Glen Drive for an alleged suspicious male in the caller’s yard. Officers made contact with the complainant who was speaking with the male alongside of his residence. The male, according to police, was identified as Shane Rowles.  Rowles was allegedly found to be in possession of several cards belonging to other individuals in the neighborhood. Rowles was also allegedly found with items and monies taken from vehicles in the neighborhood. Rowles was charged with several thefts from vehicles and placed in the Jefferson County Jail by State Parole.
- Police were dispatched to an East Long Avenue residence for reports about an alleged assault Monday. Further, Matthew Livingston allegedly stated that his roommate struck him in the face. His roommate was at work and also alleged to be drunk. Livingston then allegedly called back police at 11:31 p.m., at which time he advised that his roommate had returned from work but was not causing a problem. Livingston called again at 11:42 p.m. to allege he had been assaulted again by his roommate. Police met with both parties and allegedly found that Livingston was under the influence of alcohol. His roommate told police that he neither argued nor entered into any physical altercation with Livingston. Livingston, police said, didn’t have any signs of injury but was found to have a warrant out of Allegheny County. Livingston was transported to the Clearfield County Jail to await transport to Allegheny County.
