State police at Clearfield
- State police received a report about an alleged incident of criminal mischief that occurred sometime Nov. 3 or Wednesday on Gray Hollow Road in Morris Township. During the incident, someone allegedly caused damage to the victim’s pick-up truck’s tailgate with a blunt object. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police at Clearfield at 814-857-3800.
- State police received a report about an alleged incident of burglary that occurred Saturday on Lumber Alley in Osceola Mills Borough. During the incident, two Caucasian males were allegedly wearing dark clothes forced their way into the victim’s back porch. The victim, according to state police, heard a noise and turned the lights on, and that allegedly caused the males to flee the area in a small black car. State police at Philipsburg
- State police received a report about an alleged incident of harassment that occurred Oct. 23 at the intersection of Route 46 and East Presqueisle Street in the Cold Stream area of Philipsburg Borough. During the incident, two actors allegedly engaged in a mutual physical altercation.
- State police received a report about an alleged incident of disorderly conduct that occurred Thursday on East Beaver Street in Philipsburg Borough. Further, the victim told state police that an 11-year-old male turned the power off to his apartment for no legitimate reason. The male allegedly used an outdoor shut-off lever to do so, the victim said, before turning it back on later.
- State police received a report about an alleged incident of identity theft, theft and access device fraud that occurred sometime Oct. 27-28 in Philipsburg Borough. Further, the victim allegedly found that her debit card was compromised when she went to use the ATM. She allegedly found money was missing from her account. Upon checking her bank account, she allegedly found 10 transactions had occurred, which she hadn’t authorized. State police are continuing their investigation of the incident.
- State police received a report about the alleged theft of money that occurred sometime between Dec. 24, 2014 and Nov. 1 at a private residence along the Tyrone Pike in Rush Township.
- State police received a report about an alleged theft that occurred sometime between Oct. 11 and Oct. 28 in Philipsburg Borough. During the incident, the victim told state police that they were scammed out of money. State police are continuing their investigation of the incident.
- State police received a report about an alleged incident of harassment that occurred Wednesday on Whetstone and Beaver roads in Huston Township. During the incident, two males allegedly engaged in a verbal dispute that turned physical. Both males were cited for harassment through the district court, state police said.
- State police received a report about an alleged burglary that occurred sometime Oct. 8-9 on North 10th Street in Philipsburg Borough. During the incident, someone allegedly entered the victim’s residence and bedroom. Then, they allegedly opened a desk drawer, where the victim keeps their medications and removed Fentanyl and Diazepam.
- State police received a report about an alleged burglary that occurred sometime Thursday or Friday on North Fifth Street in Philipsburg Borough. During the incident, someone allegedly entered the victim’s residence and removed several prescription medications and an Xbox. State police are continuing their investigation of the incident.
State police at Punxsutawney
- State police received a report about an alleged incident of disorderly conduct that occurred Saturday at the Brookville Lanes in Rose Township. During the incident, a Brookville man allegedly caused a public inconvenience, annoyance and alarm by behaving unreasonably in a threatening manner. He was cited for disorderly conduct through the district court, state police said.
State police at Ridgway
- State police received a report about an alleged incident of criminal mischief that occurred sometime between Nov. 3 and Friday on Rasselas Road in Jones Township. During the incident, someone allegedly caused damage to the victim’s property. Anyone with information is asked to contact state police at Ridgway at 814-776-6136.
- State police received a report about an alleged incident of criminal mischief that occurred Saturday at the B.P. Inn on Route 219 in Horton Township. During the incident, someone allegedly shot paintballs at the front of the B.P. Inn. State police indicated the investigation is pending further enhancement of surveillance video footage of the suspects and the involved vehicle.
- State police received a report about an alleged incident of harassment that occurred Sunday on Coal Hollow Road in Fox Township. During the incident, a known Kersey man allegedly repeatedly followed the victim and refused to leave them alone. The man then allegedly pushed and grabbed the victim numerous times. Charges of harassment are currently pending, state police said.
- State police received a report about an alleged incident of theft by unlawful taking that occurred sometime between Oct. 31 and Nov. 3 on Fairview Road in Fox Township. During the incident, a known St. Marys woman allegedly removed a refrigerator that belonged to the victim. Charges are currently pending, state police said.
Clearfield Borough
- Police were asked to check the welfare of a resident along Bigler Avenue. Police made contact with a neighbor who advised the female was in the hospital.
- Police responded to a minor accident at the intersection of South Fourth and East Cherry streets. Further, a driver failed to stop at a stop sign, which caused the collision. There weren’t any injuries as a result, and both vehicles were able to be driven from the scene, police said.
- Police were asked to assist emergency personnel with gaining entry into an apartment for a medical emergency. Police arrived at the scene and determined tenants had already made entry; also, emergency personnel were rendering care to the patient.
- Police received a call from a victim who had lost her wallet. The wallet was later located and returned to the victim, police said.
- Police received a report about a vehicle being struck and damaged while it was parked South Second Street. The actor’s vehicle then fled the scene, police said.
- Police responded to an activated alarm at a business along West Second Avenue. Police found that the alarm was accidentally activated upon arrival to the scene.
- Police arrested a male and a female for allegedly violating an active Protection from Abuse order.
- Police arrested a male on an active warrant from the Sheriff’s Office after he was seen walking along East Market Street. The male was transported to the Clearfield County Jail on the warrant, police said.

- Police responded to the hospital for a mental health patient who was allegedly causing problems. Police arrived and were able to calm the patient down in order for them to seek necessary treatment.
- Police were unable to locate a vehicle that was allegedly being driven recklessly in the borough. The vehicle was later located in Lawrence Township, police said.
- Police received a report about an alleged incident of harassment via communication. Police made contact with the actor and advised him to cease contact with the victim.
- Police were called to the hospital for a vehicle that was located and allegedly reported as stolen. Police arrived and secured the vehicle and the suspect. The vehicle was allegedly found to have been removed from Lawrence Township, which had officers respond to handle the incident.
- Police were called about a female who was walking on the roadway along South Second Street. Police made contact with the female and found she had active warrants. The female, according to police, was allegedly found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. She was transported to the Clearfield County Jail.
- Police were called to River Road for a report about a loose dog. Police responded and were unable to locate the dog.
- Police responded to North Fifth Street for an alleged dispute between a mother and daughter. Police were able to handle the situation at the scene.

- Police received a report about an alleged incident of stalking and harassment. Police are continuing their investigation of the incident.
- Police received a report about an alleged drug violation at a local store. Upon arrival police determined there wasn’t any violation.

- On Saturday police were dispatched to an alleged domestic disturbance in the 100 block of East Weber Avenue. Upon arrival to the scene, police made contact with a male who had allegedly been outside yelling profanities. He was allegedly confrontational with officers and ordered to stop causing a disturbance. However, he allegedly went back outside and began using profanity and yelling again. The man was arrested and lodged in jail, police said.
- Police were notified about drug paraphernalia being located in a planter Saturday at the intersection of North Brady Street and East Long Avenue. Police collected the item and properly disposed of it.
- Police received a report about a hit-and-run accident Saturday in the 100 block of Robinson Street. The owner of a 2005 Dodge Neon told police that another vehicle had caused damage to her own. Police noted the damage and collected information; the incident remains under investigation at this time.
