Clearfield traveled to Indian Valley and came out with their first loss of the season Monday evening.
Clearfield scored first on a 35 yard Curtis Frye pass to Jack Millgard with Chad Zurat adding the extra-point. Indian Valley then scored twice before Frye connected with Brandon Hogue for a 40 yard TD pass early in the 4th quarter to bring the score to 15-13 in favor of Indian Valley.
Indian Valley added two late scores to set the final at 30-13.
Scott McKendrick had 4 catches for 55 yards, Khorey Smith had 35 yards on 6 carries, and Josh Heuby added an interception for the Bisons.
Clearfield Junior Varsity falls to 2-1 on the season and plays again next Monday at Tyrone, 6:00pm.
