Dorothy I. Winters, 96, of Osceola Mills died at her home Wednesday, Oct., 28, 2015. Born March 13, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Harvey and Annie (Harris) Lansberry.
She married Ralph C. Winters on June 25, 1941 in Altoona. He preceded her in death on Sept. 2, 2004.
She was of the Christian faith and a homemaker.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Ralph S. “Piney” Winters; two sisters; and two brothers.
Mrs. Winters is survived by a son, Gerald R. Winters and his wife, Donna of Philipsburg; three grandchildren, Gary Winters, Gennifer Flatley and Brian Winters; and five great-grandchildren.
At the request of Mrs. Winters, there will be no funeral services or viewing. Burial will be at the Centre Cemetery in Osceola Mills.
