Joseph Norman Webb, 75, of Hollidaysburg and formerly of Ginter, died Monday, Oct. 12, 2015 at Homewood of Martinsburg.
Born Aug. 23, 1940 in Philipsburg, he was the son of the late Edward and Eleanor (Richards) Webb.
He was a 1958 graduate of the Moshannon Joint High School.  He retired from the Department of Military Affairs as a building inspector.
He was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of the VFW Post No. 6321, Smithmill.  He was an avid hunter who loved the outdoors.
He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Gloria Jean (Kokal) Webb; three daughters, Lori Cappella and her husband, Michael and Gina Webb-Hockey, both of Hollidaysburg, and Jodi Denger and her husband, Jeff of Center Hall; and a son, Thomas Webb and his wife, Kerrie, of Brisbin.
He is also survived by a sister, Linda Henry of Madera and 10 grandchildren, Kylie and Kaitlyn Cappella, Alyssa, Hannah and Nikki Denger, Noah, Ethan and Emma Webb, and Brendan and Keagan Hockey.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Charles E. Webb, and a sister, Doris Robison.
The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. – 7 p.m. Friday and from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. Saturday at the Kruise-Spewock Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc., Ramey.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Thomas McCoy officiating. Burial with military honors will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Brisbin.
