State police at DuBois
- An incident of statutory sexual assault occurred Aug. 19 on Worth Street in Reynoldsville Borough. During the incident, a 20-year-old Reynoldsville man allegedly engaged in sexual intercourse and other acts with a 13-year-old girl.
- An incident of theft occurred Sunday on Hill Street in Sykesville Borough. During the incident, items allegedly went missing from the victim’s residence. The incident remains under investigation, state police said.
- An incident of theft occurred Sept. 15 on Egypt Road in Warsaw Township. During the incident, someone allegedly stole the victim’s wallet out of her vehicle. The incident remains under investigation, state police said.
State police at Philipsburg
- An incident of burglary occurred Monday on North Second Street in Philipsburg Borough. During the incident, someone allegedly broke into the victim’s house and took a large amount of U.S. coins. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police at Philipsburg at 814-342-3370.
- An incident of criminal mischief occurred Sept. 11 on Route 504 in Union Township. During the incident, someone allegedly shot the windows out of a PennDOT grader. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police at Philipsburg at 814-342-3370.
Lawrence Township
- Police received a report about drug activity at the Economy Inn.
- Police received a report about a bad check that was passed to a local fire company.
- Police received a report about an alleged domestic dispute that occurred in Glen Richey.
- Police conducted a traffic stop along Old Town Road. During the stop, police found the male was allegedly operating a vehicle under suspension. He will be cited for the incident.
- Police were dispatched to a business along Route 879 and Interstate 80 for an alleged incident of criminal mischief. Upon arrival police found a male had allegedly sliced a tire to a vehicle that belonged to a Karthaus female. Afterward the male fled on foot. Police were able to locate the male while he was walking on Route 322 west. He was allegedly found to be intoxicated and placed in jail. Charges of public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief will be filed, police said.
Curwensville Borough
- Police received a dog complaint that occurred on Thompson Street. It was referred to animal control.
- Police received a report about an accident that occurred Saturday when a Curwensville man was distracted and failed to stop for a red traffic signal. His vehicle struck another one, which was also driven by a Curwensville man. No injuries were reported, and both vehicles were towed from the scene, police said.
- Police received a report about a suspicious person Saturday in the Beech Street area. The man, according to police, was allegedly asking people for money.
- Police assisted emergency personnel with a patient on Bailor Drive.
- Police apprehended a wanted person and placed them in jail.
