Jurors Awards went to Kyler Hudson, Vanessa Goodrow, River Williams, Megan McCain, Rachel Duke, Matt Ebeling Tessa Waring, Shiane Dunlap, Casen Zitzelberger and Lauren Butler.
Honorable Mentions were given to Chesney Boal, Meghan Hale, Denise Stephens, Brianna Casher, Jessica McDanel, Amanda Williams and Kirstin Norman.
Sketch books were given to each participant by Susquehanna River Arts Center Member Jane Lee Yare in honor of Willard Dominic, a well-known artist in the Clearfield area and former art teacher in the Clearfield School District.
Yare told the students that Dominick always stressed the importance of learning to sketch first when embarking into the field of art and to keep all their sketches to look back on to see how they have improved even if they would rather throw them away.
SRAC would like to thank the library staff for their support of the show and the teachers, Rose Nowak and Leann Adams, for all their hard work to prepare the artwork to be hung.
SRAC also thanks the community for their gracious comments in the guest book. Information on SRAC is always available at the Joseph & Elizabeth Shaw Public Library.
