Police cleared a theft complaint that was filed in the beginning of February 2010.
Police responded to a hit and run accident along the 100 block of North Second St. Police reported that a small dark sedan side-swiped a vehicle that was being driven by a woman. Police believe the sedan was occupied by an elderly couple. Minor damage to the vehicle was reported but there were no injuries to the driver.
Police assisted domestic relations on South Fourth Street where a man was taken into custody without incident.
