ST. MARYS – A fire damaged a St. Marys residence at 613 Virginia Rd. on Sunday, reported the state police at Ridgway.
The Pennsylvania State Police Fire Marshal and the Crystal Fire Department investigated the fire. The fire was determined to be accidental due to an overheated bathroom ceiling fan, state police said.
No one was at home at the time of the fire; damage is estimated at $250,000. One firefighter was injured while fighting the fire, according to state police.
