Cases continued
The following case was continued.
- Timothy W. Mayes Jr., 50, Rockton, is charged by the DuBois-based state police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. A hearing is scheduled for May 15.
Warrant issued
A bench warrant has been issued for the following defendants.
- Brittany Mercedes Ross, 23, DuBois, is charged by the DuBois City police with burglary, theft by unlawful taking, criminal trespass-breaking into a structure and conspiracy to commit burglary.
- Billy Jo Kniseley, 37, Reynoldsville, is charged by the Sandy Township police with accidents involving death or injury, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked and one summary traffic charge.
Hearings Waived
The following defendants have waived their right to a preliminary hearing. Their cases will be sent to the Clearfield County Court of Common Pleas for further disposition.
- Jacqueline L. Smith, 39, Curwensville, is charged by the Sandy Township police with retail theft. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
- Sue Ann Anderson, 42, DuBois, is charged by the DuBois city police with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, careless driving and three summary traffic charges. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
- Jacob Arden Robinson, 20, Brockway, is charged by the Sandy Township police with retail theft. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
- Michelle Lynn Bizzak, 29, Brockport, is charged by the DuBois-based state police with DUI, endangering the welfare of children, driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, careless driving, reckless driving, failure to notify police of an accident, and one summary traffic charge. Bail was set at $2,500 unsecured.
- Jack Paul Anderson, 28, Reynoldsville, is charged by the DuBois City police with burglary, theft by unlawful taking, criminal trespass-breaking into a structure and conspiracy to commit burglary. Bail was set at $10,000 unsecured.
- Ronald Simpson II, 27, Punxsutawney, is charged by the DuBois-based state police with DUI, tampering with an interlock system, careless driving, reckless driving, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicles or property, failure to notify police of an accident and two summary traffic charges. Bail was set at $5,000 unsecured.
- Joseph Allen Miceli, 23, Falls Creek, is charged by the Sandy Township police with DUI. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
- Dane Forrest Bright, 19, DuBois, is charged by the DuBois-based state police with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI, speeding, careless driving and failure to use a safety belt. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
- Gregory Raymond Charles, 34, DuBois, is charged by the DuBois-based state police with DUI, careless driving, and two summary traffic charges. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
- Ronald Carl Enyeart, 30, Huntingdon, is charged by the DuBois-based state police with DUI, careless driving, and one summary traffic charge. Bail was set at $1,000 unsecured.
