CLEARFIELD – Paintings by artist Jan Northey are now on display at the Lock Haven University Clearfield campus. The exhibit features abstract nature/landscape paintings.
The exhibit is open from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday. It is also open from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. Friday. The exhibit will remain open until March 9 at Founders Hall.
Northey is a recent graduate of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a concentration in painting and a minor in art history.
She has been passionate about painting and the arts since she was 13 years old, after receiving art lessons as a birthday gift from her parents. Northey currently resides in Brookville.
