CLEARFIELD – Central Pennsylvania Community Action (CPCA) held an oil chance raffle on Dec. 12 to win 300 gallons of heating oil donated from J.J. Powell Inc.
Second and third prizes were a $100 gift card to any Snappy’s location, also donated by J.J. Powell Inc.
The first place winner of the 300 gallons of fuel oil was Cindy McCorkle of Clearfield. The second prize winner of the $100 Snappy’s gift card was Neil McCracken; the third prize winner of the $100 Snappy’s gift card was Robin Bell.
Proceeds from the raffle benefited the CPCA Coat Closet. The Coat Closet provides free coats to adults and children in Clearfield County. Other items available for distribution include hats, gloves, scarves and boots.

The CPCA sold 477 tickets for a total of $1,431 raised to support the Coat Closet. The CPCA would like to thank everyone who participated in the raffle and J.J. Powell Inc. for donating the prizes.
