Delores Irene Atkins, 71, of Morann died Saturday, Dec. 6, 2014 at UPMC Altoona.
Born Jan. 10, 1943 in Houtzdale, she was the daughter of Fred and Helena (Yohe) Dezaiffe. She was Baptist by faith and a homemaker.
She’s survived by her companion, Paul Fedisson of Avenal, NJ. Also surviving are a daughter, Lisa Mick of Osceola Mills; a son, Robert Fedisson of Morann; and two grandchildren, Noah Mick of Osceola Mills and Savannah Mick of Alachua, Fla.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Donald Atkins; and a brother, Robert Thomas. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Birger A Freeberg Funeral Home Inc., Houtzdale, with the Rev. Robert Ford officiating.
Friends will be received from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Brisbin.
