DUBOIS – The Monkey Hill Situation was the winning team of Monday’s American Heroes Challenge, organized by the campus Veteran’s Club.
The team was made up of campus staff members Holli Lashinsky (top) and (left to right) John Licatovich, Steve Harmic and Dave Whitaker. Each team member received a Visa gift card. The event raised nearly $300 for Toys for Tots.
The American Heroes Challenge was open to all students, faculty and staff, in honor of Veterans Day. Teams of four competed in military drills, push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups and a weighted rucksack run. Entry fee for the competition was a donation of a toy or cash for Toys for Tots.
The Business Society Team brought in the most donations for Toys for Tots.
