Anne VanSice, 92, of DuBois died Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2014 at the DuBois Nursing Home.
Born Aug. 24, 1922 in Auburn, NY, she was the daughter of the late George and Della (Resinger) Kyriazis
On Jan. 23, 1942, she married William S. VanSice. He preceded her in death on Feb. 21, 2010.
She retired from S&T Bank as the branch manager of the West Scribner Avenue office. She also worked at JC Penney, BF Goodrich and the DuBois Courier-Express.
She was a member of Narrows Creek Church.
Mrs. VanSice is survived by two sons, Ronald S. VanSice and his wife, Joanne of Clemmons, NC and Daniel J. VanSice of DuBois; a sister, Dorothea “Dody” Scheidemantel of Morrisville; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Friends will be received from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Monday at the Goble-Baronick Funeral Home.
A service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with Pastor Bruce Kumher officiating.
Burial will follow in Morningside Cemetery.
